comfortably spacious stay with room for improvement

The room's size exceeded my expectations, providing ample space for my family. The beds were exceptional, offering a sleeping experience that made it hard to get up! The outside patio was a delightful surprise, perfect for morning coffee. I also appreciated the Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby, adding a nice touch to our stay.

However, the amenities could use a bit more attention.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and the balcony for evening relaxation. Perfect location for exploring! Remember to handle the market place charges carefully.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable from check-in. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for families.

Unfortunately, the hot water was inconsistent during our stay, leading to uncomfortable showers. Additionally, I experienced delays in getting extra towels, which was a bit frustrating.

We really enjoyed exploring the Children's Museum of Acadiana during our stay. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home, especially with our teenage kids by ensuring our adjoining rooms were ready for us to have a great family time.

My kids wished the pool area had more supervision, as it got pretty chaotic with unsupervised children splashing around.

This hotel suits me perfectly! The free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception are just what I need. Staff previously helped me find great shopping spots, which I appreciate. I’ll definitely be back for a city trip!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and well-kept, perfect for our group vacation. Loved having the adjoining rooms for bonding and fun!

The only downside was that the A/C in one room wasn't as cool as we hoped.

Arriving at my room was a letdown. there were hairs in the bedding and shower, clearly indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The air conditioner struggled to keep things cool, and it leaked water across the floor. I was also disappointed to find that the pool was too cold to use, with a broken heater that wasn’t communicated ahead of time. Communication about amenities also fell short, as there were no towels available at the pool, and getting extra ones from housekeeping took a long time. To top it off, I expected a breakfast included in my rate, but ended up paying a hefty amount without any coordination.

the location is fantastic! it’s so close to everything we needed. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which really stood out during our stay. We loved the king room with balcony. it was a nice touch to enjoy the evenings outside.

The stay overall was quite disappointing due to the cleanliness issues in the room, as I found dirt in the shower and received no towels despite multiple requests. The location was a saving grace, as it was conveniently situated near many restaurants and shops.
